CGP: Financial Analyst

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Financial Analyst to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $45.00 to $55.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial trends related to deposits funding activities and liquidity performance to support business decisions.
• Prepare reporting packages and presentations for leadership committees and other key stakeholders.
• Develop financial reports forecasts and dashboards that provide visibility into organizational performance.
• Support investment reporting activities through financial analysis and ongoing monitoring of results.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes efficiency and data accuracy.

• A Bachelor degree in finance accounting business or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis banking finance or related functions.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of financial reporting forecasting and performance analysis.
• Possess advanced Excel skills with experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively while meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment.

• Apply strong analytical and problem solving skills to evaluate financial results and business trends.
• Communicate financial information clearly to management and cross functional stakeholders.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail when preparing reports analyses and supporting documentation.
• Support audit activities regulatory reviews and special projects as needed.
• Demonstrate professionalism initiative and the ability to work independently while collaborating with teams.
