Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $70.00 to $85.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities to support strategic business objectives and operational performance.
Prepare financial reports, management presentations, and performance analyses for leadership review and decision making.
Analyze business results, identify trends and variances, and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
Partner with operational leaders and department heads to develop budgets, evaluate initiatives, and support business planning efforts.
Drive process improvements, reporting enhancements, and financial modeling initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a related financial role.
Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high quality analysis in a fast paced environment.
Qualifications:
MBA, CPA, CFA, or other advanced financial credential.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with leadership and cross functional teams.
Previous experience working with ERP systems, business intelligence platforms, and financial planning software.
Self motivated and detail oriented professional with strong business acumen, organizational skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.
