Our client is looking for a consultant to assist as a Commissions Data Analyst. This position is fully remote. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $29 to $34 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:
- Use daily EFT downloads from the bank and check deposit data to identify commissions received.
- Download all commission statements from carrier portals.
- Ensure they are electronically saved in the proper directory and format.
- Upload electronic commission statements into the database system.
- Investigate any errors that occur during the uploading process.
- Reconcile uploaded statements against deposit reports and revenue.
- Excellent / Advanced Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables, accounting formulas)
- Accounting background (account reconciliation skills).
