Our client, an industry-leading and multi-site industrial manufacturer with a strong service business, is seeking a strategic CFO to partner with the CEO. This data-driven leader will drive operational improvements, scale the business for profitable growth and modernize the finance function. The ideal candidate will have more than 15 years of experience in a complex manufacturing environment, preferably with a private equity-backed company, and deep expertise in cash flow / working capital management.
