Chief Financial Officer

$260,000-$320,000 base salary (depending on experience)

This executive leadership role will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board, helping shape the organization's long‑term vision while ensuring financial sustainability and operational excellence. You'll lead enterprise‑wide financial strategy, support transformational initiatives, and help advance a mission that creates meaningful impact in the communities it serves. Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and the Board, translating organizational priorities into financial and operational plans.
• Lead enterprise financial management, including forecasting, treasury, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and risk oversight.
• Drive financial sustainability through liquidity management, scenario planning, and long‑term resource allocation strategies.
• Support revenue diversification and innovation initiatives by developing financial models and evaluating new growth opportunities.
• Advance organizational transformation by enhancing decision‑support capabilities, investment governance, and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience required
• 6+ years of executive finance leadership experience required
• Board and Audit/Finance Committee experience required
• Large team leadership experience required
• Organizational transformation experience required
