Position Summary
The Chief Financial Officer oversees Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Risk Management, Technology Systems, and Human Resources. Reporting to the CEO and ownership group, the CFO is responsible for financial reporting, controls, systems, compliance, and team leadership to support company growth and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Finance, Accounting & Strategy- Lead accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, tax, and cash management functions
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and ensure GAAP‑compliant financial reporting
- Manage P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, financial planning, capital allocation, and performance reporting
- Develop financial and operational metrics to support decision‑making and profitability analysis
- Translate enterprise strategy into clear targets, aligned with operations and EOS framework
- Oversee ERP systems, reporting infrastructure, and business intelligence tools
- Drive automation, process improvements, and operational efficiencies across finance and administrative functions
- Develop reporting and analytics across customers, products, channels, locations, and business units
- Manage banking relationships, debt facilities, working capital, and cash flow
- Oversee insurance programs, risk management, business continuity planning, and contract administration
- Ensure compliance with financial, regulatory, employment, and operational requirements
- Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll, recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance
- Lead and develop Finance, Accounting, and HR teams
- Establish organizational structure, performance expectations, and succession plans
- Serve as a member of the executive leadership team
Qualifications
- 10+ years of finance and accounting leadership experience
- 3+ years as a CFO or senior finance leader within a company of approximately $100M+ in revenue
- Experience in distribution, healthcare, supply chain, manufacturing, or similar industries
- Experience scaling finance organizations during periods of growth
- Strong ERP, financial systems, reporting, and automation experience; NetSuite preferred
- Experience in multi‑entity and multi‑location environments
- Experience with imports, contract manufacturing, and international vendor relationships preferred
- CPA preferred; MBA a plus
