The ideal candidate must have Property & Casualty experience who will lead growth plan in the areas of strategic development, finance, accounting, treasury, and experience with regulatory compliance and lead from day 1 in their Hollywood, Florida office.• Implement efficient pricing and cost controls to optimize return on assets.• Provide financial analysis reports to senior management and Board of Directors.• Serve as company's Ethics Officer and ensure reporting of compliance with Code of Ethics, Conflict of Interest, and similar.• Manage flow of information to Board of Directors, Finance & Audit committees, & regulatory agencies and external auditors.
