Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Salary: $180,000 – $200,000

Key Responsibilities for the CFO:
- Lead financial strategy, planning, and performance across the organization
- Provide actionable financial insights to leadership, Board, and external stakeholders
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and funding (grants/contracts)
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and reporting requirements
- Support strategic initiatives including partnerships, mergers, and growth opportunities
- Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing finance team
Qualifications for the CFO:
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Public Administration (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
- Experience in nonprofit and/or healthcare environments preferred
- Strong expertise in financial strategy, compliance, and organizational leadership
