Highly profitable and growing logistics services enterprise is looking for a hands‑on Finance and Accounting leader to be a strategic partner to the CEO as the business expands to new levels. The company operates across the Southern U.S. and is focused on driving significant organic and acquisitive growth.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and investor group, leading growth initiatives.
• Manage a lean finance organization with a hands‑on approach, navigating day‑to‑day operations.
• Lead M-&A activity, including due diligence, valuation, and integration.
• Provide reporting and analysis to support decision‑making for a mid‑market organization.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in M-&A and private equity, with a proven track record of reporting and analysis.
• Ability to drive growth initiatives in partnership with a highly motivated investor group.
• Ready to take on a leadership role within a mid‑market organization.
