Chief Financial OfficerA healthcare company is seeking a strong, hands-on Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial and operational strategy of a growing nonprofit behavioral health organization. This role is ideal for a senior leader who can modernize financial systems, implement KPI-driven management structures, and drive long-term financial sustainability across multiple programs.Responsibilities:Oversee financial operations including billing, revenue cycle, payroll, cash flow, and reporting.Implement modern financial systems, dashboards, KPIs, and performance tracking tools.Develop forecasting, budgeting, break-even analysis, and financial projection models.Lead strategy meetings, support audits, compliance, and cross-department operational alignment.Skills:Strong leadership and hands-on operational management experience.Deep understanding of healthcare finance, Medicaid, insurance reimbursement, and billing systems.Strong analytical skills with experience in KPIs, forecasting, and financial reporting.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Requirements:Experience in healthcare or nonprofit organizations preferred.Strong knowledge of Medicaid programs (OMH, OASAS, CFTSS, HCBS) a plus.CPA and/or MBA preferred but not required.Experience implementing financial systems and operational infrastructure.Location: Brooklyn, NY | Hours: Full-time. | Salary: $200-250k
