Key Responsibilities
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes
- Oversee financial reporting, internal controls, and audit readiness
- Manage banking relationships, lender reporting, and debt compliance
- Direct budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
- Partner with ownership on financial strategy and business performance
- Oversee insurance, risk management, and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate tax planning and filings with external CPA partners
- Develop reporting and analytics to support operational and strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience
- Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Experience managing banking relationships and lending requirements
- Proven ability to partner with executive leadership and drive business growth
