Salary: USD - USD per year + Bonus
Opportunity to join a high-growth startup in Alameda, CA as a CFO . This position is 100% onsite with travel for 3-6 months in the first year. $250,000 - $300,000 base plus bonus and benefits
Qualified Candidates will have the following:
- Degree in Accounting, CPA a plus, with 10-15+ years of experience minimum
- Must have track record in raising capital in both private and public sectors
- Understanding of the process of a Direct Listing on a public exchange helpful /or pre IPO
- Should also be able to close books, oversee financial operations
- Advanced Excel, Powerpoint, excellent communication skills
- 100% onsite in Alameda, CA, travel will be required, $250,000 - $300,000 plus bonus
