Key Responsibilities Serve as a strategic finance advisor to CEOs and executive leadership teams, providing guidance on financial performance and operational improvement Help define and enhance the CFO service model, developing tools and best practices for a consistent client experience Coach and mentor consultants, supporting their professional development and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration Required Qualifications 10+ years of progressive healthcare finance leadership experience Experience as a CFO, Fractional CFO, or senior healthcare consultant Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement, budgeting, and financial operations Demonstrated success in leading and developing teams Exceptional communication and executive presence with senior leadership teams
