JOB DESCRIPTION
  1. Perform Pre-departure, Transit, Daily / Service Check, and unscheduled maintenance according to approved procedures.
  2. Responsible for maintaining aircraft, ground equipment (including company tools and equipment), and facilities as needed to meet airworthiness standards, operating schedules, and performance standards.
  3. Ensure that the aircraft is dispatched for operations in an airworthy condition, properly equipped, and configured for operation maintained in accordance with aviation regulation and company procedure.
  4. Accompany the aircraft as engineer on-board to support aircraft flying program domestically and internationally
  5. Participate in providing as needed on-call support for AOG events or other situation requiring time-critical technical support.
  6. Update periodically about maintenance status of aircraft during maintenance, defect rectification, or AOG
  7. Coordination within MCC Group for any findings, rectification plan, spare required, etc.
  8. Assigned as Technical Representative for monitoring Maintenance Performed by MRO.
  9. Any other task assigned by Maintenance Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  1. Area of Education : Aviation Engineering education background or related
  1. Experience : 5 years as Aircraft Maintenance Engineer
  1. Language Proficiency : Fluent in English language
  1. Certification : AMEL with A320 Family and B737-NG Rating, Have RII will be advantage
  1. Skills:
  • Proficient in common software applications including Word and Excel.
  • Understanding of engineering drawings, technical documentation, and schematics.
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Self-motivated, demonstrate high initiative and able to work under pressure,
