As a core member of the clinical team, the full-time Certified Wellness Coach will guide patients through their musculoskeletal care journey by conducting virtual coaching visits, providing ongoing support, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted guide and primary point of contact throughout each patient's care journey Conduct virtual coaching visits to educate, motivate, and support patients in achieving their health goals Reinforce individualized care plans developed by the multidisciplinary clinical team Required Qualifications Health Coach Certification Minimum of 2 years of experience in a patient-facing healthcare role Experience delivering virtual care or telehealth services Experience working within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment Comfortable using technology and learning new digital health platforms
