To support a growing practice, the part-time Certified Wellness Coach will establish relationships with seniors and their caregivers, delivering wellness coaching and insights while working 100% remotely. Key responsibilities: Deliver informed customer communications based on insights from customer profiles and wellness data Coach seniors and caregivers in setting and achieving wellness goals while managing various forms of communication Analyze situations and make decisions in both emergency and routine scenarios, ensuring customer satisfaction and service metrics are met Required qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; continuing education or college degree preferred Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare environment or supporting Remote Patient Monitoring solutions Ability to effectively communicate with seniors, demonstrating patience and empathy Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
