Pacesetter Personnel Services is hiring a Certified Welder in Houston, TX 77028.

Pay:

$25.00 an hour. We pay weekly.

Schedule:

Monday- Friday(Some Saturday's)

5:00 am - 3:00 pm

Job Description:

• Welding and associated activities such as grinding, painting, cutting, etc.
• Perform welding duties on lead materials while wearing a full face respirator.
• Will be flat welding, vertical welding, and overhead welding.
• Will conduct quality checks and be able to self-perform visual quality checks as instructed.
• Must follow all environmental, health, and safety requirements.
• Safe use of shop equipment, such as grinders, shears, cranes, etc.
• Will be heavy lifting when needed and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Welding experience. (Vertical welding is a plus).
• Must have a welding certification.
• AWS D1.1 certified.
• High school education, GED, or equivalent minimum.
• Must wear a respirator when needed.
• Must be able to repeatedly bend, squat, twist, reach, and lift up to 60-100 Ibs.
• Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and able to read and write English.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
