Certified Virtual Medical Assistant

To support a growing virtual clinic, the full-time Certified Virtual Medical Assistant will manage patient preparations for physician visits, ensure smooth virtual consultations, and handle administrative tasks, all in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Prepare patients for physician visits and ensure video/audio functionality during virtual consultations Document medical history, obtain baseline vitals, and conduct necessary surveys Engage in administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering calls, and performing chart checks Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA), or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) 1-3 years of experience as a Medical Assistant, including virtual care Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a focus on process Self-driven with a passion for delivering an outstanding patient experience
