You'll have real ownership of patient care and play a critical role in how the hospital runs day to day.Our CVTs/LVTs:Perform initial triage and collaborate directly with our DVM'sReview treatment plans with owners and answer questions with empathy and clarityPlace IV catheters, NG tubes, central lines, and PICC linesApply splints and bandagesRun and monitor anesthesia for surgical proceduresOversee and perform hospitalized patient treatmentsStaffing is designed to support you: typically 2 CVT/LVTs and 2 veterinary assistants per doctor, so you're never stretched thin or set up to fail.What We're Looking For:A credentialed veterinary technician (CVT/LVT/RVT)Has strong technical skills and a desire to keep learningAdvocates confidently for patients and clientsCommunicates with compassion during stressful, emotional situationsEnjoys mentoring and supporting teammatesTakes pride in accurate, thorough medical documentationThrives in a collaborative, fast-paced emergency environmentExperience in general practice, emergency, or specialty medicine is welcome; we're happy to help you grow into emergency care if that's your next step.Why You'll Love Working HereA team-focused, supportive culture where techs are respected and heard8, 10, or 12-hour shifts available.
