Seeking an experienced Certified Tumor Registrar (CTR) for a fully remote, contracted 13-week assignment, the candidate will abstract and manage complex oncology cases while ensuring high data quality and accuracy. Key responsibilities Abstract oncology cases according to national cancer registry standards Accurately code diagnoses, treatments, staging, and follow-up information Handle complex oncology cases, including bone marrow transplant treatments and multiple-facility abstracts Required qualifications Minimum 2 years of recent Certified Tumor Registrar experience Current CTR/ODS certification (verification and issue date required) Associate's degree in a relevant field is required; bachelor's degree is a plus Experience abstracting complex oncology cases Ability to work independently in a remote environment
