- Provide peri-operative care under the direction of a Registered Nurse
- Ensure the physical environment is prepared before patient arrival
- Assist the RN in developing and implementing the plan of care
- Utilize instruments and medical devices effectively during procedures
- Maintain safety standards and follow infection prevention protocols
- Engage in self-assessment and ongoing professional development
- Participate in performance improvement activities and staff meetings
- Arrange and inventory sterile setups and assist in patient preparation
- Need 2 years experience in setting
- COVID-19 vaccine (medical and religious exemptions may apply)
- Active American Heart Association BLS certification required
- Active NBSTSA certification required
