Certified Surgical Tech

Medical City Healthcare seeks a Certified Orthopedic Surgical Technician to support orthopedic surgeons in a high-volume operating room.

Responsibilities include preparing ORs for complex orthopedic procedures, positioning patients, handling and passing instruments, maintaining sterile technique, managing implants and hardware, and assisting with casting, splinting, and traction devices.

The role requires strict adherence to safety and infection-control protocols, accurate documentation, and collaboration with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia staff to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment.
