Title: Certified Surgical Tech - CVOR
Location: Dallas, TX
Shift: (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM)
Duration: 3 Months (Possible extension)
Pay Rate: To be discussed on call
Job Description:
  • Preparing sterile operating rooms for surgeries.
  • Level I trauma center, 29 ORs across 2 buildings - 4 Da Vinci Xi Robotic Surgical Systems, 2 Endovascular ORs, 2 Cardiothoracic ORs, 1 BrainSuite, 2 Trauma ORs, 1 Cystoscopy
  • Sterilizing equipment and instruments.
  • Stocking adequate supplies for surgery.
  • Preparing patients for surgery by washing and disinfecting incision sites.
  • Providing support during surgery by passing instruments and other supplies.
  • Tracking surgical supplies.
  • Staying up-to-date on surgical technology, medical terminology, and procedures.
  • Working well with surgeons, surgical assistant, nurses and general surgical team.
  • Helping provide great patient care.
Requirement:
  • Must have at least 2 year's of relevant experience.
  • BLS - AHA.
  • Must have Certified Surgical Tech Certification.
