LMR Technical Group (LMR) is seeking Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS) to join our team at Holloman AFB, NM.

Job Description

Apply your expertise to prepare aircrew for the physical demands of modern combat aviation. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), you will play a key role in reducing injury risk and enhancing operational performance by creating individualized comprehensive strength and conditioning programs that integrate prehabilitation, performance‑centered training, and recovery. The CSCS provides instructional support, collects data, and assists with reconditioning after aircrew injury.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Design and deliver job‑specific strength and conditioning programs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support rehabilitation and return‑to‑fly efforts.
• Participate in curriculum development and program evaluation.
• Maintain data integrity and contribute to research.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sports or conditioning for college/pro‑sport, tactical, aerospace, or similar high‑performance environments.
• NSCA CSCS or CSCCa/SCCC certification.
• Current CPR and AED certification.
• Current (or ability to obtain and maintain) Secret security clearance (T3 background investigation). Please visit the following link for more information:
