To support revenue cycle management initiatives, the full-time Certified Revenue Cycle Analyst will deliver forecasts, analytics, and insights related to Client-reported Net Patient Revenue (NPR) and cash collections while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Analyze trends in patient volumes and service line utilization to support revenue forecasting and analytics Collaborate with operational teams to forecast cash collections and communicate findings to stakeholders Maintain NPR lift reporting tools and assist in the development of enhanced methods for capturing NPR Lift data Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred, or equivalent experience 1 to 3 years of relevant job experience in revenue cycle management HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification within 9 months of hire Strong data skills, including proficiency with MS Excel and relational database management Knowledge of revenue cycle structure and experience with SQL programming
