- Anesthesia services for 45,000+ cases/year in over 40 anesthetizing sites
- Diverse OR case mix and non-OR anesthesia
- No overnight call and minimal weekend work
- Personalized and flexible scheduling, including various shift types, to accommodate varying lifestyles.
- Teaching opportunities with SRNA clinical rotations and resident training programs.

- Salary tiers starting at$259,400 with increases based on CRNA experience
- CRNAs work in a shift-based model:1680 annual work hours
- yielding a generous10 weeks off per year
- Option to pick up extra shifts at premium rates
- Up to$75,000 in total incentives, paid over 2 years
- Up to$15,000 in relocation assistance, calculated based on mileage
- Day-one health, dental, and vision coverage
- 403(b) with up to6% employer match
- All licenses and certifications are reimbursed, in addition to abiennialCME stipend of $4,000

Required Licensure/Certifications
- Active New Hampshire RN and APRN licenses
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification (NBCRNA)
- Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia education program
- Active DEA registration in New Hampshire
- Current ACLS certification
