UPMC Trinity is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our collaborative anesthesia team. This full-time opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule of Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. , with rotating weekend call coverage.
As a CRNA at UPMC Trinity, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a variety of surgical and procedural settings. You will work alongside anesthesiologists, surgeons, and proceduralists to provide exceptional patient care before, during, and after procedures. This position offers exposure to a broad range of cases.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments and accurately interpret clinical findings.
- Develop and implement anesthesia plans in collaboration with anesthesiologists and proceduralists.
- Administer anesthesia in accordance with established clinical privileges and regulatory standards.
- Select, apply, and manage appropriate invasive and noninvasive monitoring techniques.
- Administer medications, adjunct drugs, blood products, and fluids necessary for anesthetic management.
- Manage patient airway, ventilation, and pulmonary status.
- Conduct post-anesthesia evaluations and ensure continuity of care.
