Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our independent CRNA practice in Great Falls, MT. This full-time position offers autonomy, case variety, and the opportunity to work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment on a single medical campus.
Practice Highlights
- Independent CRNA practice model with collaborative physician relationships
- Full-spectrum surgical support including
- Orthopedics (including spine)
- General surgery
- Robotic-assisted surgery
- ENT, gynecology, urology, endoscopy, and plastics
- No cardiac or OB cases
Facilities
- 5 hospital ORs
- 4 outpatient surgery center ORs
- 1 endoscopy suite
- 2 catheterization labs
- Active regional post-op pain management and Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) program
- Call: 1:9 with rare callbacks and occasional post-call day off
- Acute care hospital featuring:
- 36 inpatient beds
- 10-bed open ICU
- 8-bed Emergency Department staffed with experienced clinicians

Requirements
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible CRNA
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
- Unrestricted Montana CRNA license (or ability to obtain)
- Regional block skills and independent anesthesia practice experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety
- Team-oriented, flexible, and dependable
