We are seeking a BoardCertified CRNA to join our anesthesia care team at a 161-bed facility in Nacogdoches, Texas. This 1099 opportunity offers excellent compensation, work-life balance, and a supportive practice environment.
Position Highlights
- Compensation: $372, )
- Schedule & Call: 1:5 weekday call and 1:6 weekend call; post-primary call days off
- Time Off: 9 weeks off annually, plus post-call days

Practice Details
- Case mix includes General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Endoscopy/GI, Urology, ENT (rare pediatric), and OB/GYN
- Regional anesthesia proficiency preferred; training available if needed
- CRNA team: 6 CRNAs covering OR and OB calls from home
- Daily staffing: 4 CRNAs on-site, plus 1 anesthesiologist (primarily covering OB cases)
