Overview
Carle Health is seeking an additional Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our established Anesthesia team at the Carle Health Endoscopy Center in Peoria, Illinois.
Opportunity Details
- PRN position
- Daytime only position
- Collaborative team with 15 anesthesiologists and 30 CRNAs dedicated to providing patient‑centered care
- Generous salary and sign‑on bonus package
- 8 weeks off per year
- No overnight call
- 4 weekend daytime shifts per year (Saturdays) required, with the option to find replacements among teammates who may avoid working weekends
- 8‑hour and 10‑hour shifts available
- Diverse case exposure: orthopedics, neuro, ENT, urology, general surgery, plastics, podiatry, GI, electrophysiology, vascular and pediatric (no neonatal)
- Caring, supportive surgical environment
- Experienced, respectful support staff supervised by anesthesiologist
Educational/Experience Requirements
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing Anesthesia
Licensure/Certification Requirements
- Current Illinois Advanced Practice Nurse license and NBCRNA certification
- Certified PALS if working in surgery
- Certified ACLS
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this position is $199.87 per hour. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will depend on experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked, and compensation model.
