Position Highlights

- Time-and-a-half pay forhours worked beyond 80 hours per pay period
Multiple shift optionsavailable, including:
- 8-hour shifts
- 10-hour shifts
- 12-hour shifts
- 16-hour OR shifts
- 24-hour trauma shifts
- Minimal callresponsibilities:
- No traditional call
- Approximately 4-5 evening(3:00 PM-11:00 PM) shifts annually
- One weekend shift per month
- Professional developmentopportunities, including mentoring Student Registered Nurse Anesthetists
Case Mix:
Enjoy a diverse andstimulating practice with exposure to: General Surgery, Gynecology, ENT, Urology,Orthopedics, Spine, Vascular, Cardiovascular, Neurosurgery, Robotics and Gastroenterology.
Annual Volume:
Approximately12,000 surgical cases annually across two sites More than 700 cardiacprocedures are performed each year.
Qualifications:
- Certified Registered NurseAnesthetist
- Board Certified by theNational Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists(NBCRNA)
- Active Florida APRN license(or eligibility to obtain)
- New graduates are encouragedto apply
- ATLS certification requiredfor providers participating on the trauma team
