As a CRNA, you will provide anesthesia services for a variety of outpatient interventional pain management procedures, including:
- Epidural Steroid Injections
- Facet Joint Injections
- Radiofrequency Ablation Procedures
- Joint Injections
- Other minimally invasive pain management treatments
- Conducting comprehensive pre-anesthesia evaluations
- Developing individualized anesthesia care plans
- Administering and monitoring anesthesia, including MAC and regional techniques
- Monitoring patients throughout procedures and recovery
- Managing post-anesthesia care through discharge
- Documenting patient care accurately within the EMR
- Collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and surgical staff
- Responding appropriately to intraoperative and perianesthesia events
- Supporting quality assurance and patient safety initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with all facility, state, and regulatory requirements
Required
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
- Current NBCRNA Certification
- Active Texas CRNA licensure
- Current ACLS and CPR certification
- Strong clinical judgment and patient assessment skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently in an ambulatory setting
- Previous Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) experience
- Pain Management or Interventional Procedure experience
- Familiarity with outpatient anesthesia workflows
