Opportunity:

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Anesthesia


Job Details:

  • Administer anesthesia for general surgical procedures for both adult and pediatric patients

  • Case types include General, Ortho, Neuro, Plastics, Peds, OB, Vascular, Thoracic, Hands, Podiatry, Urology, Endo, IR, Cath/EP/TEE, and MRI

  • Utilize Epic EMR for all documentation and anesthesia records

  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedural protocols, and safety standards

  • 36-40 hours per week with schedule options of 8s, 10s, or 12s, Monday through Friday

  • On call available but not required

  • Operate within a hospital-based setting designated as a Level III Trauma Center

  • Patient population consists of 10% pediatric and 90% adult/geriatric patients

  • 80% outpatient and 20% inpatient case mix

  • Average of 35 OR cases per day plus 20 offsite cases

  • Perform a variety of cases including A-lines; no open hearts or blocks/regional required

  • Great culture with a team-oriented work environment

  • Minimum of 2 years CRNA experience required

  • Active Michigan license required

  • NBCRNA, ACLS, BLS (AHA), and PALS certifications required
