Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for administering anesthesia, monitoring patients during procedures, and ensuring safe, high‑quality care throughout the surgical and recovery process. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate, patient‑focused professional with strong clinical expertise in anesthesia care.
Responsibilities:
- Administer general, regional, and local anesthesia for surgical and medical procedures
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed during procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide safe and effective anesthesia care
- Conduct pre‑anesthesia assessments and discuss anesthesia plans with patients and families
- Manage post‑anesthesia recovery and address any complications
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols
- Stay current with best practices, new medications, and advancements in anesthesia care
Requirements
- Degree from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
- Current certification as a CRNA through the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
- Active and unrestricted RN and APRN license in state of practice
- 1+ year of experience in anesthesia care (preferred)
- Strong critical thinking, decision‑making, and patient safety skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
