Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Opening Sterling Heights, MI Located in Sterling Heights, MichiganFull-Time, Permanent Practice Overview Full-time CRNA opportunity at a busy Ambulatory Surgery Center in Sterling Heights, Michigan Join a collaborative anesthesia team consisting of 40+ CRNAs and 10 senior staff anesthesiologists Provide anesthesia care across a diverse outpatient surgical case mix, including: Total joint replacement Orthopedics and sports medicine Plastic surgery Urology Gynecology Ophthalmology Podiatry Dental procedures Pediatrics Endoscopy General surgery Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia care plans Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care (MAC) Monitor patients throughout procedures and provide post-anesthesia recovery and pain management Utilize hospital documentation systems while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards Travel to other ambulatory surgery centers within the health system as needed Practice in a fast-paced, team-oriented outpatient environment No call and no weekend responsibilities Minimum two years of CRNA experience required ; new graduates are not being considered H-1B and J-1 visa sponsorship available Compensation & Recruitment Package Competitive compensation based on experience $40,000 sign-on bonus Visa sponsorship available for eligible H-1B and J-1 candidates Job Qualifications Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Active Michigan RN license required at the time of presentation NBCRNA certification BLS and ACLS certifications Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience (excluding RN experience and training) DEA and CSR/CDS registration required prior to start Clean malpractice and licensure history required Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 403(b) retirement plan with 3.5% employer match Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSA), and Dependent Care FSA (DCFSA) Paid parental leave Adoption assistance Donor assistance Fertility healthcare benefits Employer-paid malpractice coverage Comprehensive employee benefits package Excellent work-life balance with no call and no weekend coverage Community DetailsSterling Heights is one of Michigan's largest and most desirable suburban communities, offering excellent schools, safe neighborhoods, abundant parks, and convenient access to the greater Detroit metropolitan area.
