Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Baystate Health, an academic center and tertiary care provider located in western Massachusetts, is seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our Anesthesia team in Springfield, MA.

Position Highlights

• Diverse Clinical Practice: Engage in a variety of case types at a Level I trauma center, collaborating with anesthesiologists, anesthesia residents, and other CRNAs.
• Flexible Scheduling: Choose from 8, 10, or 12‑hour shifts; full‑time and part‑time positions available. Sundays not scheduled; limited Saturdays.
• Comprehensive Subspecialty Divisions: Work with Acute Pain Service, Cardiovascular Anesthesia, Pediatric Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia, and more, each led by dedicated division chiefs.
• Continuous Learning: Participate in regular Anesthesia Grand Rounds and symposia for professional development.

Eligibility to Apply

• RNs who have recently completed a CRNA program.
• RNs who are accepted into or actively enrolled in a CRNA program.

Compensation

Base salary ranges by grade and years of experience: - Tier 1 (0‑4 years): $285,310 - Tier 3 (11+ years): $295,610 Actual salaries are determined based on relevant experience and will not fall below the minimum of the listed range. Rates are presented hourly for non‑exempt positions and based on assumed full‑time commitment for exempt positions.
