Daytime Coverage: 5 providers - 3 CRNAs / 2 MDs
Supervision: Yes - 60% supervision

Licensure & Certifications - Required

  • Active Vermont license required

  • DEA required

  • ACLS required - AHA

  • BLS required - AHA

  • PALS required - AHA

  • Applications cannot be started without an active VT license

Clinical Requirements

Must be proficient in:

  • Spinals

  • Blocks

  • Epidurals

Caselogs required - proof of experience with epidurals, spinals, and blocks.

Case Mix

Experience required with:

  • Orthopedics

  • General

  • Endoscopy

  • OB/GYN

  • Pediatrics

  • Urology

  • ENT

  • Ophthalmology

  • Plastics
