- Dates: ASAP - ongoing
- Location: Putnam, CT
- Schedule: 7a-3:30 or when cases are finished. No call
- Cases: General, Colorectal, OB/GYN, Uro, ENT, ENT Peds, Ortho, Spine Fusions, Eyes, Pacemakers, Cardioversions, TEE, and GI. No Heads, Trauma, or Open Hearts
- Includes stipends for travel and lodging
- $15K ONE TIME COMPLETION BONUS (520 hours worked within 17 consecutive weeks)
- Our peds cases are over 1 year old and are mostly ENT patients (T&A and M&T)
- Supervision ratio is 1/2.5
- 5 anesthesia sites.
- Practice model: 4 MDs and 3 CRNAs.
- Charting is paper and pen.
- If CT license is in hand - 30-60 days. No CT license - 60-120 days
