Schedule Details
- Flexible scheduling with day shifts (7a 7p) and night shifts (7p 7a)
- Providers must be open to days, nights, and at least 1 weekend shift per month
- Typically 3 4 shifts per week (36+ hours weekly)
- Opportunity to pick up additional shifts if desired
- Minimum 4-week commitment required
Practice Setting
- Supervised CRNA model
- Coverage includes OB and OR cases
- Night shifts may include OB or OR coverage
Case Mix
- High-risk OB required
- Peds and neuro head cases included
- Level I Trauma experience preferred
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of CRNA hospital experience
- Current OB experience required
- Must be comfortable with high-risk OB cases
- Must be flexible with shift types and coverage needs
- Arizona license preferred, but licensing assistance available
Credentialing Timeline
- AZ Licensed: 6 weeks
- IMLC: 2 months
- Non-Licensed: 3 months
- Credentialing can begin with a pending license
