• Readiness to support care across diverse surgical specialties
COMPETENCIES
• Proficiency in general, regional, and monitored anesthesia techniques
• Skill in performing procedures such as spinal anesthesia, regional blocks, and line placement
• Ability to manage anesthetic care for varied surgical populations, including healthy pediatric patients
• Capacity to collaborate with anesthesiology leadership and multidisciplinary teams
