- Medically directed model with collaborative anesthesiologists
- High-acuity Level I Trauma environment
- Broad and complex case mix
- 7-day coverage
- Weekdays: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
- Weekends: 12 or 16-hour shifts
- 30-minute unpaid lunch
- All cases except transplants & pediatric hearts
- Includes OR + NORA (Cath Lab, GI, EP, MRI/CT)
- Avg: 1 2 long cases or 3 4 shorter cases per 8-hour shift
- All age groups
- High-acuity trauma and surgical cases
- Graduate of accredited anesthesia program (MSN or DNP)
- NBCRNA certified (or pending)
- Minnesota license (or ability to obtain)
- BLS & ACLS required
