Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

If licensing has been a barrier for other opportunities, this assignment allows us to get the conversation started before securing a new state license. We're seeking a CRNA for an ongoing locum assignment in a hospital-based setting (Northeastern region - Minnesota, MN) with a mix of surgical cases. The schedule is primarily focused on planned clinical coverage, with optional call opportunities.
This long-term assignment offers consistent scheduling, Epic EMR, and the opportunity to work in a high-acuity, team-oriented environment. Pediatric-trained CRNAs are especially encouraged to apply. Practice Highlights:

• Level II Trauma Center
• 15 Operating Rooms
• 4 Endoscopy Suites
• Supervised anesthesia care model
• Average patient volume: 4 5 patients per shift
• Dedicated RN support
• Epic EMR

Case Mix & Clinical Responsibilities:

CRNAs will provide anesthesia services for a diverse range of cases, including:

• Thoracic Cases (non-open heart)
• Complex Vascular Cases (non-open heart)
• Complex Orthopedic Cases
• Ventilation Management
• Acute Hemodynamic Management
• Central Line Placement
• Arterial Line Placement
• PA Catheter Placement

• Active NBCRNA Certification
• BLS Required
