Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Contract Length: 6 months
Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

• Rotating shifts: 8-, 10-, and 12-hour days
• Includes 24-hour and 16-hour shifts weekly
• Schedule released in 6-week blocks
• No block scheduling allowed
  Call Required: Yes
• 1 weekend call shift per month
• 2 weeknight call shifts per month
• Must be available to work Christmas holiday

• Setting: Hospital (378 beds) Level II Trauma
• OR Coverage: 17 Main ORs, 7 Day Surg Centers, plus Cath Lab, Endoscopy, Radiology, and other procedural areas
• Supervision Model: Supervision-based anes practice
• Patient Population: Primarily ages 12+ (adolescent through geriatric)
• Case Mix: GYN, General Surg, Orthopedics, Spine, Crani/Neuro, Plastics, Thoracic, Healthy Pediatrics, Ophthalmology, GI, Structural Heart, EP, Endo, Interventional Radiology, MRI
• Excluded Cases: No burns, transplants, open heart, sick pediatrics, or OB
• Procedures: Spinal anesthesia required; no epidurals or central lines; limited arterial line placement opportunities (not required)
• EMR: Epic
