Practice Details

• Mix of supervision & independent practice

• Majority cases: General Surgery, Ortho, GI, Robotics

• Additional cases: OB (C-sections required), Endo, Eyes, Plastics, ENT, Neuro, Radiology

• No Trauma

• CRNAs may perform own nerve blocks

• ️ Catered breakfast, lunch & dinner provided daily

Schedule

• 3 shifts per week (not always consecutive)

• 7:00 AM 7:00 PM

• Full-time availability required

Credentialing

• 120 days standard

• days for temp privileges (clean file + active FL license)

Requirements (Strict)

• Active Florida License

• Active Out-of-State Driver s License

• 2+ years experience + 24 months case logs

• ACLS, BLS & PALS required

• 100% clean file (no clinical/criminal issues, no pending cases)

• Less than 5 affiliations

• No more than 2 work gaps (30+ day gaps must be explained on CV)

• Cannot have worked at this site or affiliated site in past 24 months
