- Base Salary: $280k+.
- Annual Bonus: $40k.
- Sign‑On Bonus available.
- $75k NHSC loan repayment.

Responsibilities & Practice
- Run own anesthetic room in an independent practice.
- One‑to‑nine call schedule.
- Manage a wide case mix: Urology, General Surgery, ENT, OBGYN, Interventional Radiology, Podiatry, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics.
- Not required to provide pediatric care.
- Collaborate with 1 Anesthesia MD and 7 CRNAs.
- Support 6 operating rooms.
