Job Details:

• Full-time coverage with a minimum of 2 weeks per month and minimum 36 hours per week


• Two consecutive weeks per month required for the first three months of assignment


• Shifts available in 8, 10, and 12-hour increments with schedules ranging from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, 5:00 PM, or 7:00 PM


• Supervised model with Care Team Model 4:1 support staff and 24-hour Anesthesia Aid Department for room turnover and supply management


• Patient population ages 12 and older


• Tertiary facility and Level III practice setting


• EMR system: Epic


• CRNAs do not perform blocks, a-lines, epidurals, or spinals


• Beeper call available on some Saturdays and weeknights; overnight shifts on weeknights and/or weekends are welcomed but not required


• Minimum 1 year of experience required


• Active Minnesota Licensed Registered Nurse and Registered Nurse Anesthetist licensure required (Minnesota is not a compact state)


• ACLS/BLS Tier 2 - Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required upon hire


• Skills checklist required at time of submission


• Must reside 50 miles or more from the facility to be considered

This facility is a well-established tertiary care hospital offering a wide range of specialized medical services to patients across the region. Operating as a Level III facility, it provides advanced care across multiple specialties and is supported by a robust anesthesia department, including a 24-hour Anesthesia Aid team. The facility uses Epic as its electronic medical records system and maintains a structured Care Team Model to support clinical staff.
