Clinical Scope: Practice within a dynamic 70% inpatient and 30% outpatient coverage mix. Case exposure includes:
General Surgery & Endoscopy
OB/GYN (including epidurals and spinals)
Orthopedics, Vascular, & Thoracic
Pain Management & Urology
Healthy Pediatric Cases
Note: Peripheral nerve block proficiency is preferred but not required.
The Schedule: Full-time engagement offering 40 hours per week with flexible shift parameters adapted to department needs.
Call Commitments: Call is entirely optional. Weeknight and weekend call opportunities are available for providers seeking supplemental earnings.
Technology: Fully integrated Epic EMR system across all inpatient and outpatient surgical suites.

To meet the facility's credentialing criteria, candidates must possess strong technical proficiency in lines and neuraxial anesthesia:
Degree & Certification: Master s Degree in Nurse Anesthesia; active NBCRNA Certification .
Licensure: Active, unencumbered Michigan State CRNA License required at time of submission.
Life Support: Active AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
Experience & Volume: Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience . Candidates must provide case logs verifying at least 75 cases performed within the past 12 months .
Procedural Competency: Documented proficiency in performing spinals, epidurals, arterial lines, and central/venous catheter placements.
