Job Overview
- Position Type: Direct placement (permanent)
- Schedule:
- Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM, 8, 10 & 12 hour shifts available as needed
- Weekend coverage as needed
- Case Mix & Procedures: General anesthesia, MAC, TIVA; general surgery cases with some well peds exposure (no neonatal cases)
- Practice Model: Medical direction with strong physician support and CRNA autonomy

Job Requirements
- NBCRNA
- Active Ohio license required (or willingness to obtain)
- 2 years CRNA experience preferred
- BLS, ACLS, PALS
