- Monitored Anesthesia Care (MAC) for endoscopy procedures
- Adult and geriatric patient population
- EGD, colonoscopy, and combined EGD/colonoscopy cases
- No trauma cases
- No pain management cases
- No call responsibilities Requirements
- Board Certified CRNA (AANA)
- Active Michigan license (or willing to obtain)
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- Local providers only (mileage reimbursement only)
- NPDB Self-Query dated within 30 days of presentation
- Clean malpractice and license history strongly preferred
