Active Alaska License in Hand at Time of Presentation - Required
Candidates Requiring Alaska Licensure Will Not Be Accepted
ACLS - Required
BLS - Required

PALS - Required
ATLS - Required
Required Certifications Must Be From the American Heart Association or American Red Cross as Applicable
Epic Proficiency - Required
At Least 2 Years of Clinical Experience as a CRNA - Required
COVID-19 Vaccination - Required, No Exemptions
